Day 1 :

DAY1 ARRIVE IN NAIROBI - LAKE NAIVASHA

Jambo! A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by our driver guide, you will depart for Lake Naivasha. You will descend to the floor of the Great Rift Valley where you will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After a lovely lunch, you will spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure as you enjoy the various facilities offered. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

DAY2 LAKE NAIVASHA - BOAT RIDE - MASAI MARA - GAME DRIVE

Early rise followed by a hearty breakfast. You will then check out and drive to the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations and its home for the big five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. En-route, you will have a stopover at Narok for a break, before you proceed to the park where you will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. After a lovely lunch, you will depart for your afternoon game drive of the reserve. Masai Mara hosts over 95 species of mammals and over 570 recorded species of birds. This is the World Cup of Wildlife, boasting picturesque grasslands, woodlands, marshes against the magnificent backdrop of the sunrises and sunsets.

DAY3 GAME DRIVES IN MASAI MARA

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive of the reserve. After a lovely breakfast you will depart for your full day Unlimited game drive with picnic lunch. Today you will explore the reserve in search of its rhinos, elephants, elusive leopards, lions and other plains game. The reserve is world-renowned for its exceptional populations of lions, African leopards, cheetahs and elephants and has the largest population of black rhinos in Africa. The birdlife includes vultures, secretary birds, crowned cranes, ostriches, long-crested eagles and the lilac-breasted roller, which is the national bird of Kenya. Enjoy game viewing till late afternoon.

DAY4 MASAI MARA - GIRAFFE CENTRE - NAIROBI

Early morning pre-breakfast game drive of the reserve. After a lovely breakfast you will check out and drive back to Nairobi. Nairobi is the only city with a game park; this combined with the Nairobi River that runs through the city and the city scrapers has earned it its name ‘The Green City in the Sun’. Upon arrival in Nairobi, we will do a city tour with a stopover at an Indian/Local restaurant for lunch (payable direct). You will then be transferred to the Nairobi hotel where you are booked for the night. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 : Departure .

Check-out and transfer to the airport for departure

Cancellation Policy: -

The cancellation & refund for date change charges are applicable basis below timelines basis the arrival dates: Service charge (7%) is non-refundable.

• 30 days or before: The credit voucher for the booking amount will be issued to avail over the next one year*
• 29– 15 days: The cancellation amount of 10% of the itinerary price would be deducted & the remaining would be converted into a credit voucher to avail over the next one year*
• 15 – 7 days: The cancellation amount of 20% of the itinerary price would be deducted & the remaining would be converted into credit voucher to avail over next 1 year*
• Less than 7 days: The cancellation amount of 30% of itinerary price would be deducted & the remaining would be converted into a credit voucher to avail over the next one year*
• *Card processing fee is non-refundable

General Terms & Conditions

• Insurance is not covered in the package so please cover yourself with insurance at your own cost before travelling on a package tour.
• Hotel Standard Check-in / Check-out time is 1400hrs / 1200 hrs.
• Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is put on hold-On time limit basis or vouchered. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
• Maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 60 - 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight.
• Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
• Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services specified.
• The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
• Request guests to be punctual for all tours. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for Shared Tours and 10 minutes for Private Tours
• Interconnecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other, Smoking /Non-smoking rooms / are strictly subject to availability.
• For any amendment requests while on tour, please request you to contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
• Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided for any un-utilized services.
• No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc.) will be done once the booking is Vouchered. Any changes possible will be done offline, subject to any cancellation / rebooking / additional charges (as applicable).
• We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally.
• We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
• Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
• The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
• Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depends upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
• In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
• At Religious place like Mosque please wear decent clothing covering all your body & at the time of visiting any Theme Park please wear comfortable clothing etc.
• In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.
• Please note that pick-up for all transfer and tours will be done as per the details in the Tour Briefing Sheet. This document is shared closer to the date of travel and all guests must carry the Tour Briefing Sheet during their travel.
• SIC Pickup and Drop are available from city center hotels only.
• For shared transfers, each passenger (except infants) can check in a maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158 cm (62 inch) - regular size suitcase. These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets.
• SIC Pickup and Drop Time between 10:30 am to 08:00 pm. For departure shuttle services: Passengers are advised to schedule their hotel pick up at least 3 hrs. and 15 mins before their flight departure.
• PVT airport transfers will be point to point basis and hence deviation or holding the vehicle for extra time will be chargeable.
• PVT tour the driver/guide will be for the prescribed duration of tour only. Additional services will be chargeable.
