Day 01: Arrival at EVN airport

Arrival in Yerevan. Meet & transfer to the Hotel. Overnight in Yerevan

 

Day 02: City tour of Yerevan.

Yerevan is the capital of Armenia, its largest city and the administrative, cultural, and industrial center. Yerevan is often referred to as the city of contradictions where modernity is interweaving with antiquity. It is filled with a cozy atmosphere, there is no hustle and bustle, and you will feel friendliness and hospitality. After breakfast we will start our day with Yerevan city tour, which includes Republic square, Northern Avenue, Opera House, Cascade and Mother Armenia Monument. Overnight in Yerevan.

Day 03: Yerevan - Geghard Monastery – Garani Temple

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to the unique caved temple St. Geghard (12th -13th cc.), the name of which means “holy spear” in the honor of the same spear that pierced the body of crucified Jesus Christ. It is now exhibited in the museum of Etchmiadzin Cathedral on the way short Photo stop at Charents Arc. Visit the only remaining pagan temple in Armenia devoted to the God of Sun – Myrth, Garni, built in 77 AD by King Trdat. Overnight in Yerevan.

 

Day 04: Tsaghkadzor- Seven Lake – Sevanavank Monastery

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Tsaghkadzor (means “gorge of flowers”) town, the magical place of forested mountains. Short walking tour around the small town. Opportunity goes up to the mountain peaks by rope way, where you will catch an unforgettable gorgeous panoramic view of this part of the world (going up the first level and back). In winter Tsakhkadzor is a well-known ski resort with several levels of ropeways leading up the mountains. In summer it’s a pleasant place to spend the afternoon in nature and enjoy the sun. Visit Kecharis monastery and after on rope way to Teghenis Mountain. Drive to Sevan Lake and visit Sevanavank monastery. Overnight in Yerevan.

 

Day 05: Yerevan – Khor Virap – Areni - Noravank

Breakfast at the hotel. First our stop for today will be Khor Virap monastery which when translated from Armenain means deep dungeon. Here according to the legend Gregory, the Illuminator was held prisoner for 13 years and from this place Armenian Christianity stat its roots. Then we will continue our trip to Vayots Dzor region the birthplace of Armenian wine that according to recent archeological findings dates back 6000 years. Here we will visit Noravank monastery and have lunch time near Arpa river after we will proceed to Areni winery for wine degustation. Return to Yerevan Overnight in Yerevan.

 

Day 6: Departure.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport with great memories.

Cancellation Policy: -

  • Service charge is non-refundable.
  • Prior to 45 days or more: 10% of the holiday amount is non-refundable + Full cancellation for non-refundable tickets.
  • 44 and 31 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 25% of the holiday cost
  • 30 and 15 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 50% of the holiday cost
  • 14 and 10 days of departure: Non-refundable booking amount + 75% of the holiday cost
  • 10 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

 

General Terms & Conditions

  • Insurance is not covered in the package so please cover yourself with insurance at your own cost before travelling on a package tour.
  • Hotel Standard Check-in / Check-out time is 1400hrs / 1200 hrs.
  • Prices are dynamic and subject to change unless the booking is put on hold-On time limit basis or vouchered. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
  • The maximum waiting time at the airport shall be 60 - 90 minutes from the touchdown of the flight.
  • Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
  • Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services specified.
  • The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
  • Request guests to be punctual for all tours. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for Shared Tours and 10 minutes for Private Tours
  • Interconnecting rooms/Adjacent rooms/Rooms on same floor /rooms near to each other, Smoking /Non-smoking rooms / are strictly subject to availability.
  • For any amendment requests while on tour, please request you to contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
  • Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided for any un-utilized services.
  • No amendments (name changes, date changes, hotel change etc.) will be done once the booking is Vouchered. Any changes possible will be done offline, subject to any cancellation / rebooking / additional charges (as applicable).
  • We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally.
  • We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
  • Journeys undertaken by air, land or sea are governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
  • The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
  • Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depends upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
  • In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you with an alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
  • At Religious place like Mosque please wear decent clothing covering all your body & at the time of visiting any Theme Park please wear comfortable clothing etc.
  • In case of any immigration/Visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full.
  • Please note that pick-up for all transfers and tours will be done as per the details in the Tour Briefing Sheet. This document is shared closer to the date of travel and all guests must carry the Tour Briefing Sheet during their travel.
  • SIC Pickup and Drop is available from city center hotels only.
  • For shared transfers, each passenger (except infants) can check in a maximum of two (2) pieces of luggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158 cm (62 inch) - regular size suitcase. These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets.
  • SIC Pickup and Drop Time between 10:30 am to 08:00 pm. For departure shuttle services: Passengers are advised to schedule their hotel pick up at least 3 hrs. and 15 mins before their flight departure.
